Facilities

Facilities Services provides services in support of SENMC. Facility Services operates, maintains and supports the college’s physical plant, grounds, transportation, emergency, building maintenance, and waste management programs.

HOW TO PLACE A WORK ORDER FOR FACILITIES SERVICES

There are four methods to get maintenance concerns taken care of as soon as possible from Facilities Services

1. Work Order: Submit your request through the Facilities Work Order Desk.
2. Email: Email your request to:  Gary Martinez gmartinez1@senmc.edu
3. In Person: During the day you can visit the Maintenance shop in room 228 of the Main building.
4. By Phone: Call the Maintenance shop at 575-234-9279 or dial 1279 from an internal extension.
   *Occasionally, there is nobody in the shop, so leave a message and we will put the work order into the system.
